U15 Girls Football Team

Yesterday we found out that a majority on the Thornaby FC committee, led by Trevor Wing, voted to remove the entire female section from the club.

This leaves over 100 girls without a club.
On the 23rd June the U15 girls have been invited to play at a national competition (Aces in Nottingham) and now been left without kits to go and represent there local town. Parents have paid for travel and accommodation already.
The U15’s this season have won 3 trophy’s and came runners up in the Russell Foster Premier Division.
To get the girls there and give them a chance we are looking to raise funds to kit the girls out, and provide kits to play. The girls are not allowed to go as Thornaby FC and wear current kit.
Any support would be greatly appreciated. Any money left over will go to the rest of the girls teams or local girls team starting out in girls football.
