U16 BC Flag Football boys to Cdn National Championships

My name is Jason and we are fundraising for the U16 Cloverdale Black flag football team.

Can you imagine winning your local championships with the chance to compete nationally and not being able to because you can’t afford to go?

You’re receiving this because you are someone, I believe would feel like I do and want to do something to help.

The U16 Cloverdale Black flag football team, made up of ten U15 boys did the unbelievable and won the BC Provincial Championships on June 9th, 2024!

With this championship win they have the opportunity to represent Cloverdale football and BC football at the Canadian National Championships in Brampton Ontario from Aug 23rd to 25th, 2024.

Challenge:

Several of the athletes’ families’ do not have the funds to send their kids and with the short turnaround time do not have the time to fundraise for it. We estimate the cost per athlete will be $1200 dollars.

Goal:

The club is $15,000 short of being able to pay for the kids in need. We are looking to request this money from donors like you.

The funds raised will be used to:

Offset Flight costs from Vancouver to Toronto ~ $10000.

Offset Accommodation costs in Brampton from Aug 22nd to 26th, 2024. ~ $3500.

Offset Travel costs while in Brampton Ontario. ~ $1500.

Offset Meal, Water, Gatorade, Medical items (Ice, first aid kit, bandages, braces, etc.) ~ $3000.

The parents of this team have already concluded that the parents will NOT be able to attend to watch this team and be with them, support them and cheer them on. We are raising these funds to get the coaches and team to this event for potentially a once in a lifetime opportunity.
