My sister and her 4 children

Hello. My name is Linda Batastini-Farnoly (Procopio)

Friday night, my sister Laurie Procopio-Willitts and her husband Rich were in a horrific accident. They were hit in a head on collision on route 70, only 10 minutes from their home in Pemberton Twp. They were on their way to a laundromat, as they could not afford a new washing machine after theirs had broken, and going later at night, there would be no crowds. A 49 yo woman was driving at a high rate of speed and went into Laurie and Rich’s lane. Laurie is in critical condition, after being air lifted to Cooper Hospital and sadly, her husband was pronounced deceased at the scene. My sister is heavily sedated with almost every bone in her body broken, along with punctured lungs and needing multiple surgeries and eventually rehab. This will be a VERY long road for her. They struggled financially and I am sure she will never be able to work again after seeing all the injuries she has sustained. Her 4 children are devastated on the loss of their father and watching their mother endure such traumatic injuries. I am graciously asking for funds for the children, to help with basic necessities such as food, gas to go back and forth to the hospital, parking passes for the hospital lot, as well as larger expenses such as Funeral costs for Rich, medical expenses, and moving forward, my sisters mortgage and household bills. The entire family has minimal financial means and would immensely appreciate any monetary donation, no matter how small, to help them get through this heartbreaking and devastating time in their lives.
