Run for Kelly

DRAYCOTE WATERS HALF MARATHON. SATURDAY JULY 30TH 2022

I'm raising money in memory of my sister Kelly and benefitting The Christie Hospital in Manchester, which helped Kelly with pioneering cancer treatment. The Christie Hospital is one of the largest cancer treatments in Europe and has developed many successful treatments. Kelly also wanted to help other people with this horrible disease and volunteered herself and accepted the trials treatments, and this allowed her to have more time with us. She fought this disease for six years.

Kelly longed so much to live and be around her growing family. To see her granddaughter grow up, to have more holidays in her beloved Fowey Cornwall and to enjoy life. She was such a thoughtful, caring, funny person that everyone who knew her warmed to her instantly. She was loved so much by all her family and friends.

I have never done anything like this before, but if Kelly can go through what she did, I can manage 13.1 miles. Any donations will help make an impact. Thank you in advance for contributing to this cause, which means so much to me.
