Help Hanna raise money for facial feminisation surgery

Hi, my name is April, and this is my fiancée, Hanna. She is transgender and struggles daily with severe gender dysphoria due to feeling like her appearance is not feminine enough, which has a significant impact on her mental health daily. She wants to get facial feminisation surgery to help alleviate this problem, but unfortunately, the procedure is more than we can currently afford. The total goal amount is based on our research of various aspects of FFS and their cost, as well as additional costs to cover things like travel, hotels and any other expenses.

Despite the expense, I do believe this would be necessary for her in order for her to feel like herself. I see her suffer constantly day by day due to her dysphoria and other mental health issues, and it hurts me to see her in so much pain all the time, not even able to cope with anything while her condition slowly gets worse and worse. Many nights she has been unable to sleep due to anxiety and stress. With FFS and other surgeries, she would be able to feel more comfortable in her own body, feel less dysphoric and be able to have a significant weight lifted off her mentally. This procedure would literally be life-saving for her.

The goal is the maximum ideal amount, but every little bit helps. Even if we don't reach the full goal amount, with enough money she can at least have the most important procedures.
