JORGE REVERSE COLOSTOMY SURGERY

On March 24, 2015 My nephew Jorge Negrete Fuentes  was submitted to the hospital  for severe painful infection of his intestines. A few days later, Jorge got worse  and required emergency colostomy surgery. One week after surgery, Jorge was discharge from the hospital however he requires very expensive outpatient  treatment.  Jorge also requires the use of  colostomy bags  every  3 days  which averages out to at least 8 to 10 bags per month.  Jorge is a merry man  and father of a wonderful  daughter who is 16 and a son  that is 14.  Ever since Jorge was discharged from the hospital,  he must have  colostomy treatment every day. Due to his illness, Jorge is unable to work in order to finance this treatment or receive health insurance. Our family, especially his mother  Margarita has been trying to support Jorge's basic necessities such rent, food, utilities, and medication for him.  

       Jorge currently cannot qualify for any private or government funded medical insurance. Jorge needs to see a colostomy specialist physician as soon possible  to check for his treatment and schedule him in one month
for REVERSE COLOSTOMY SURGERY.  That is why I am  asking anyone to help my nephew Jorge to raise funds for his  basic needs  and for his reverse colostomy surgery.
