On July 11, Danielle was admitted to the ICU. At around 4 AM on the morning of July 14th, she was placed on life support, and at approximately 10:45 PM that evening, she left this world. The cause of her illness has not yet been identified, but an autopsy will be completed.
Over the years, we have raised funds for Danielle's van repairs and we have raised funds to help her along in her journey as Ms Wheelchair Washington. Now, we invite you to support one last fundraising effort in Danielle's honor. The funds we raise will help cover final expenses, funeral/memorial services, and any unforeseen challenges her family will face in the coming months.
A friend of Danielle's will be designing t-shirts for purchase as an additional fundraiser, so keep an eye out for that as well!
