Madison's medical fund

I am setting up a new medical fund account for Madison. Many people have asked after the first one was closed last fall. First I want to thank all those that contributed last fall, those fund went to help pay down the credit card that was used for gas to and from the hospital and her prescription copays. I now, after 8 months, have a good idea of what the copay will look like for 2 1/2 years of chemo treatment. 
September 5, 2014 was Madison's treatment start date for her leukemia, end date- December 29, 2017. It's a long road, it's tuff, it sucks, but we are making the best of it day by day. We are throwing in a loop hole of possible back surgery for scoliosis, more detailsdetails after July 2. 
My promise is that 100% of funds will go to her medical expenses and if there is any excess that will go to any childhood cancer charity of her choice.
