My name is Anthony Jackson I am 64 yrs old. I have had diabetes for 20 years. Since 2007 I have had triple bypass, neuropathy in my legs, mini strokes. I have extreme back pain caused by a tumor on my spine. My legs are so weak that I fell 3 months ago and broke my right ankle and tore the tendon. I have been laid up in bed for 3 months. I have tried walking to no avail. Doctor prescribed aqua therapy but I cant get out of my house to go. I need to get a ramp for my wheel chair so that I could get around. I had to use transports with wheelchair access to get around but they charged me 110 every time I used them which was 5 times since I broke my ankle. In the last 6 months I have been in rehab for physical therapy once for a mini stroke I couldnt use my right leg and then again when I broke the ankle.
