Help Joanne Fight Cancer

Donation protected
Thank you for taking the time to read our story.

My wife Joanne is 46 years old, all she does is live for her three children.

Joanne was diagnosed with cancer 6 weeks ago. She has a very rare high-grade uterine sarcoma cancer. Her tumour is very aggressive and growing at an alarming rate, the cancer has also spread to her lungs and bones. Myself, Tom, Beth and Olivia, family and friends are utterly devastated at Joanne’s diagnosis as we all love her so much, but her braveness and positivity has kept us all going.

Our lives have been turned upside down and no one can describe how it affects you until something like this happens.

Joanne was referred to The Christie Hospital in Manchester which specialises in sarcoma cancer. The Christie oncologists confirmed they had no cure for Joanne. They also advised that there are no trials being carried out for this cancer type in Britain at the moment.

Joanne is currently having palliative chemotherapy but unfortunately, treatment options on the NHS are running out and time is of the essence.

We are now fundraising to have her treated privately at a clinic in Europe or America. Cheryl and Dougie Clark have kindly given us £10,000 to get Joanne the treatment she needs and deserves.

If everyone can give a little, we can achieve a lot.

Please help and support us in raising money to pay for life-saving cancer treatment for Joanne as I can't imagine life without her by my side.
