On Tuesday, July 23 2019, after so many years of fighting, Jennifer Pouliot succumbed to her ailments and was given her angel wings. Jenn endlessly fought with beauty and grace. She never complained and she never stopped smiling. She was steadfast in her dedication to being there for everyone, all while silently fighting for herself. Her life in itself, while far too short, was an inspiration to all.
Anyone who knew Jenn knows she was impossible not to love. There are no words that can even begin to touch on the kind of amazing she brought into people's lives. Her lightheartedness and sarcasm brought smiles. Her loving and supportive attitude brought comfort. Her strength was unwavering and unquestionable. And she always looked beautiful doing it. She was the type of person everyone should strive to be like. She was a loving daughter and sister, an undeniably dedicated mother and the best kind of friend you could have.
She made an everlasting impression on anyone she met. The impact she made in all our lives can never be erased. The hole she leaves will never be filled.
She will rest easy now. Free from her pain and forever warm. While we grieve our loss, while we keep her spirit alive in us with her memories, may we remember her light was so bright it will reach us wherever we go and nothing will ever put out that light. "Your love will forever live here with us" RIP
All donations will cover funeral expenses and her outstanding medical costs. Any donations that exceed the funeral and medical needs will go to a trust for the care of her son, Kyle.
