Good morning~ my father always used to say “Samantha, don’t sweat the small stuff and everything is small stuff”

Well, Dad~ I have been trying not to sweat…..

Family, friends and community, I am asking for some help. My father, Alex Dunne, did not have a will. He passed in January of this year. I have had to get an attorney to try to help with his estate. This has gotten very expensive- other financial hard times have come in to play for myself and his wife, Colleen. Colleen is now in jeopardy of losing their house due to not being able to maintain the mortgage. I have been struggling with losing this titan of a man that means so much to our family and the people that knew him.

I met with my lawyer this week. Once the back payments, lawyer fees and inheritance taxes are paid I am confident that we will be able to keep in good standing with the mortgage and house bills. We just need a little help getting past this hurdle that feels so large.

I’m asking for my friends and family and our community to please donate to helping my father’s legacy live on through myself and his wife of almost 20 years, Colleen.

Alex Dunne was a very loving, compassionate giving man. He worked very hard for everyone he cared about. He was always there for anyone in need. We appreciate any amount that you can help from a prayer to a financial contribution. I will leave you with my father‘s favorite quote. “Good morning- because if you’re always having a good morning, It never leaves room for an awful day….”
