Save our Sanctuary, we need to find a new location

Thank you to everyone who made a difference to our animals. We have given our all, thought out of the box and tried everything but time and circumstances have defeated us. We have to accept that we will not raise the money needed to buy nor will we be able to afford to rent anywhere suitable. Sadly, we are faced with only one option. That is to rehome all our animals, move offsite, regroup and take stock. The Board of Trustees feel that we should close our appeal as it would be unfair to continue to ask for donations, when our outcome has been decided.

We wish to thank everyone who has donated and shared our link and helped publicise our appeal. Your kindness and generosity will never be forgotten, and we are so sorry that we have been unsuccessful.

With everyone’s permission, we would like to utilise all monies donated to not only rehoming all animals but also to keep them safe, warm and fed whilst the rehoming process takes place. This will include, staff wages (kept to a minimum), food, care by our staff and volunteers, transport for animals to their new homes, and any veterinary care needed during this difficult time. We hope that everyone will agree to this and will be happy for their donation to be used in this way. Thank you again for everything you have done and please rest assured that we will continue to take the best care possible, not only for our animals but also our amazing volunteers, for whom the Sanctuary was a true Sanctuary for them.
