Help a senior in need

Hello, my name is Krissy, and I am the daughter of Gene Brown, a long-time Yukoner, former entertainer and musician, and former local business owner. I am asking for help for my father.
In the good 'old days of the 1970s, Gene was a local musician and familiar face during Rendezvous and other events around the Yukon Territory. He played with various artists for years, such as Ray Parks and Ed Isaac; he also played with big names like Willy Nelson, Conway Twitty and George Jones! Of course, he had his own groups like Cross Country, which played alongside The Canucks here, in The Yukon. He even had a show called The Family Brown Show, done live, in the old FH Collins Secondary School gymnasium.
After retiring from the entertainment industry (full-time), he got a job with Northwestel. He started as an expediter and moved around the company from there. He was a loyal employee for 20+ years. Then, after losing his beloved wife (my mother) to cancer, he retired from Northwestel, sold his home and left the Territory to follow his musical dream once more; to cut an album in Nashville, Tennessee. After fulfilling that dream, he answered the "Call Of The Yukon" once more and returned to the Territory. He met a lovely woman named Jackie around this time, fell in love and married.
In 2019, my dad (Gene) was diagnosed with T-LGL (leukemia) complicated by Anemia at 77 years old. While keeping up on his health journey and maintaining his home used to be a breeze, it no longer is.
Because of his poor health, his home has fallen into disrepair. Typically, this would be something he would take care of himself; however, going through medical testing and handling his illness, it is no longer an option. It is just too much to keep up with. The roof is leaking and has been creating mold in many areas of the home for quite some time which helps complicate his health situation further.
I would love to take all these stressors away; however, I have poor health as well and am in the middle of my own health journey.
His wife, Jackie, has also been dealing with her share of health problems.
I have assisted in previous years to go up and tar his roof for him but the damage on the inside is already done.
He has worked his entire life up until last year when his health became too much to navigate whilst working full-time. He now spends his days at home, resting with his little dog Porki.
I appreciate your time in reading this. If you can give anything, it would be greatly appreciated. If you're not able to donate, even a share helps!
Thank you for your time, and take care
