Funeral Costs For My Daughter
Donation protected
My daughter went missing on Wednesday September 16, 2020 after months of harassment and abuse from her father, following her coming out as a member of the LGBTQ community. After a day and a half search, we found her and she was stabilized at the hospital. God blessed us with one more night with her, where we talked, laughed, and prayed.
That night, Anais slipped into a coma. For two days we waited, hoping she would wake up. On Sunday, we gathered her friends and family through zoom so we could come together to see her, talk to her, and pray for her. We waited for a miracle, but at 6:22pm Anais unfortunately passed away. As a mother, one of my biggest fears is having to bury my child. Now, it's a reality.
We're trying to have the funeral as soon as possible, but as a family we could only come up with a portion of the fees. Absolutely anything helps, and we thank you in advanced for your support and prayers during this hard time. Anais leaves behind five siblings, many family members, and a lifetime of memories and love. We would like to be able to honor that, and celebrate her life.
And to Anais, we love you. We miss you. and we are so proud of you for living in your truth. We find immense happiness in knowing you are resting in Heaven, Power, and (finally) Peace.
