Walking the Valleys for Young Cricketers 27th - 30th March

WALKING IN THE VALLEYS FOR YOUNG CRICKETERS 2025

Building on last year’s incredible success BTCC are proud to take part in this fantastic event again.

Lots of our BTCC family are taking part again in this event to raise funds for our ever growing club.

The money we raise will be used to support all players throughout our growing youth cricket sections: including our girls softball section.

Day 1 - Hopkinstown C.C. to Upper Rhondda C.C. via Porth C.C

Day 2 - Pontypridd C.C. to Mountain Ash C.C

Day 3 - Christchurch C.C. to Abercynon C.C.

Day 4 - Taffs Well Railway Station to Sophia Gardens via Radyr C.C. and Cardiff CC

Total 34.69 miles (plus detours to Porth, Radyr and Cardiff)

The money will be vital in enhancing and supporting the growth and development of our BTCC family including contributing towards coaching, equipment and facilities.

The club would like to continue to improve sporting opportunities for all individuals in our local area particularly our younger members and make cricket as affordable and accessible as possible.
