Diane Needs Our Help

In December of 2020, my cousin Diane Wilkerson-Fortenberry was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. The cancer is fast-growing and has already spread outside of her breast. Diane has been placed on disability through her employer Hendrick Preowned of Cary at the recommendation of her doctor. Due to Diane being placed on disability her health insurance through her employer was stopped on January 31, 2021. In addition, through no fault of her own, Diane’s Part B Medicare coverage was not started on February 1st as she expected, and will not cover any part of her chemo until after March 1st.

Diane is married to Tommy Fortenberry who is on disability from a fall at work many years ago.  Before Diane was placed on disability, her and Tommy barely made it from payday to payday and needs help in paying for this critically needed treatment.  Diane is the kindest and most loving person I know, and would literally give you her last dollar if she thought you needed it more.

Let‘s pay back her kindness and love with some love of our own.  Let‘s help Diane get the chemo she so desperately needs by donating a little to help with the cost.
