Hi, my name is Mardy and I'm fundraising for my brother.

On October 26 my brother, Brian, was in a horrible car accident. He is in a neuro trauma unit in Des Moines, Iowa over an hour from his home.

He was only 20 minutes away from home when the accident occurred.

Arlene, Brian's wife, does not have any other means of transportation to drive to the hospital to see him. All the updates and information that she has been receiving is by phone. The only vehicle they had had been totaled in the accident.

Brian and Arlene love cats. They have taken it upon themselves to care for those four-legged furries that nobody wanted. There's always room for one more!! I know that Brian will just want to go home to his Arlene and their "children".

They are not only in need of our prayers for a speedy recovery, but they also need help with transportation and other expenses that she will accrue during this time.

My husband and I are caregivers to our son who suffers from a tremadic brain injury as a result of an accident six years ago. Because our God put our tragedy on the hearts of others to financially help us, we were able to be with our son every day.
