Raise money for Alzheimer's Society

Hello!

This year, during the month of November, I will be growing a moustache to support Alzheimer's Society, with the hope of raising some awareness of dementia in its various forms and the work that Alzheimer's Society does to help all those affected by the disease.

Alzheimer's Society provides support in a number of ways, including offering expert advice to those living with dementia and their carers, and offering a Companion Calls service to combat loneliness amongst dementia sufferers. They also fund research into the causes of dementia, how to improve its diagnosis, and possible cures. Lastly, they campaign for a variety of issues relating to dementia, such as adult social care reform, more support for dementia diagnosis, and increased understanding of the issues faced by those with dementia.

If you'd like to join me in supporting this work, any contribution would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks!
Matthew

More information about Alzheimer's Society:

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research. One in three people born in the UK today will develop dementia in their lifetime. We don’t want anyone to face the realities of dementia alone. That’s why your support is vital.
