A few days ago I received a message that simply said, “call me” from one of my childhood friends.

I picked up the phone, hit her contact and waited for her to answer…

When she answered she explained our dear friend, my first childhood best friend and college roommate, Michelle Parke just learned her son Matthew (age 23) was diagnosed with stage 3 non hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Michelle, a single parent and sole caregiver of her 17 year old daughter Campbell (who was diagnosed with Bohring-Optiz at an early age) will now be caring for Campbell and Matthew as he begins chemotherapy to fight this battle.

We are hosting a Karaoke/Silent Auction Fundraiser on Friday, August 11th from 6-9 pm and would love for you to join us!! If you can't join us, we'd appreciate your consideration in donating here.
