Hello Community and village ,
Many of you know that Zaire started his college journey last September with a full academic scholarship to Morehouse. Many of you also know that in spring of 2022 he withdrew.
In March of 2022 Zaire came home depressed and disillusioned by his experience. There are several factors that contributed to this and also I know I don’t have to explain to those of you who understand the importance of grace, mercy , and second chances when it comes to the unconditional love of Black boyhood.
The good news is that Zaire secured another scholarship -this time to peruse his passions at The LIU RocNation School of Music and Sports Management in Brooklyn, NY, and will be moving into his new dorm on 9/2/22!
Unfortunately, when he left Morehouse we were unable to move his large items:
