Bowel Cancer Research

Hello all, 

As June 15th is “Red Apple Day” - Bowel Cancer Australia Day. I am creating this fundraiser to help research for bowel cancer and young-onset bowel cancer. 

As most are aware, recently my father passed away due to bowel cancer and early this year my mother was also diagnosed with bowel cancer (luckily enough was discovered early), before their diagnosis I did not know much about this type of cancer and after researching it myself found it is the third most common cancer effecting Australians usually most common for people over 50 but can occur at any age. I am hoping to not only raise money to contribute to Bowel Cancer Australia but to raise awareness for how important it is to get checked- at any age. If you are feeling unwell/not 100% please go and see your doctor or make an appointment- it could save your life. 

All money will be donated to Bowel Cancer Australia.
