Melissa McTaggart Martin

My beautiful Aunt Melissa would never ask for help, so I am going to ask for her. She has been sick for over a week with pneumonia and ended up in ICU last night. The doctor came in this morning and ordered emergency surgery to remove an absess, several pus pockets and a thick peel off of her lungs. They also had to remove a rib. After surgery the Dr. informed us that is was much worse then he ever expected. She will be in the hospital a minimum of 5-7 days. Melissa is a single mom who works very hard as a CNA and CMA. However, her pay and benefits are very slim. Her paid time off will end in two days and she will be left without any income to pay her monthly bills or the medical bills she is accuring. On top of all of that, she was previously struggling to purchase a "new to her" car that was reliable enough to get her out of town and provide for all the needs of her son who is a senior this year. If you feel lead to give, I know any and all donations would be helpful. Thank you for having giving hearts. We serve a God who is the ultimate Healer and Provider. In saying that, I know no matter what, He will take care of it all. The only thing Aunt Melissa has ask for through all of this, is prayer. Please keep praying for healing and recovery.
