UCF Hunt Seat Annual Show!

Hello!

The Hunt Seat Team at UCF is a completely student run Sport Club that is in its 18th Season of operation. We've had no shortage of success under our belt, with our most recent triumphs being three National Reserve Championship titles in 2022 and earning Regional Reserve Champion across sixteen universities in last year's competition season. We're a part of Zone 5 Region 5, the largest Region in the country for IHSA, and this 2023-2024 competition year, our team is the biggest it has ever been.

Each year, we proudly host an annual horse show for our Region in the Fall--a show that competitors across the entire Region look forward to. Just as our team has continued to grow, unfortunately so too have the costs to run and manage our annual show. This show is the highlight of our competition season, and a key event for riders throughout our Region to compete and earn points in their divisions. Our team is composed of hardworking, driven students that love their school, IHSA, and their community--and we love to show our passion every Fall at our hosted competition. However, we aren't able to do this alone!

Since we're a Sport Club, we don't receive full funding for our competitions from our University, and rely on fundraising and donation from people in our community--like you! Any bit, large or small, that you can contribute is greatly appreciated. This sport is everything to us, and there is nothing more important to our riders, our coach Lesli, and our friends and family than our desire to share that love with our community.
