Fighting antisemitism on campus

The Bear Jews of Truth is a grassroots group of UCLA students whose efforts aim to peacefully protest antisemitism on campus.

On Sunday, April 29, we coordinated and hosted an Israel Rally to provide students and allies with the opportunity to protest, join together, and share experiences in our collective resistance against antisemitism. We want to thank each of our supporters and allies whose support allowed us to host this powerful event.

All funds raised on this fundraiser will go towards paying back the following vendors:

Our AV vendor for the sound equipment and technical equipment that allowed us to host guest speakers and amplify voices on the day of the rally, and project footage important footage for days afterward.

Our security vendor, who provided 24 hour security presence for several days to keep the equipment protected.

The funds will be withdrawn by our AV equipment providers, who will distribute the portion of the funds owed to our security vendor directly to them by check. Our organizers and vendors have requested anonymity as a safety measure. We've worked closely with the GoFundMe team throughout this process.
