UCM Women’s Rugby NOLA trip- Road to nationals

 

The UCM Women’s Rugby team is looking for any donations to help us with our travels and stay for Rugby Nationals in New Orleans, Louisiana May 27-29th!

We have worked extremely hard this past year, and in turn, we earned first place at regionals, securing our spot as one of the 12 teams to compete!

All of the funds will be used to help with renting a bus for travel, gas for a 12 hour drive there and back, hotel stays for 2-3 nights, and possibly any food or equipment we would need. Our school does not fund us enough to make all of this possible, and we are kindly asking for any help we can get.

If applicable, any left over funds will be used to help us with future travel for games/tournaments as well as equipment we would need, as we usually tend to pay out of our own pockets.

Update: we had to raise our funding goal due to hotels and transportation being way more than expected  Thank you to everyone who helped us reach our first goal and we couldn’t have done it without everyone’s support!
