Hello! My name is Jenni and I want to introduce you to Laura and her beautiful family. The moment I met Laura I could tell she was an amazing mom to her 5 year old son Easton and 8 month old son Brodie, but not only that, a loving wife to Shawn for 8 years. I also couldn't help but notice her spirit, she is so joyful in everything she does. I could go on and on about her, but what I want to do with this go fund me is to help her and her family. During this time in anyone's life it's hard, we have job's, children, housework, and the last thing we want to think about is ourselves. Laura has been battling Hodgin's Lymphoma for over 5 years. Last week when she went in for her PET scan it showed that the spots were larger than before, and it also showed new spots in new places. Laura and her husband Shawn have decided to go to the top cancer center in the US, MD Anderson. This trip will give her more options and amazing treatment as they have so many other people. With this trip comes lots of expense such as, flights, lodging, food and a number of other things.
