Do you want to help local companies that have been impacted by COVID-19? We've set up a fund to help provide support for companies that need it during this extraordinary time. Please consider providing support if you can.
The Washtenaw Small Business Emergency Relief Fund was created to address the financial hardship due to the COVID-19 crisis. The fund provides working capital grants of up to $5,000 to qualifying small businesses.
Eligibility for support from the fund:
- Small for-profit businesses with up to 50 employees and a physical location in Washtenaw County where they report for work
- Washtenaw County home-based businesses where the business owner’s household annual income is less than $81,000
- Locally-owned franchises of chains will be considered, but not corporate-owned stores
- Must be able to demonstrate financial need and use of funds
