The Dayamani Foundation

Hi everyone!

My name is Nyah Riddell and I am a Bachelor Of Primary Education student from the University Of Notre Dame Australia. I feel very blessed to have been offered a position to travel to Tenali, India to teach at the Dayamani Joseph English Medium School; a school for orphaned children who are experiencing severe poverty and have very few opportunities.

Throughout my time teaching and studying, I have discovered a passion for making education accessible to those who are experiencing disadvantage. With the help The Dayamani Foundation, we have the opportunity to deliver quality education, resources and funds directly to the school to help give these children a fair go.

This organisation is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers. Any money you donate does not go toward my travel costs for when I go to India. 100% of the funds will go directly to The Dayamani Foundation to pay for teachers, resources, food, clothing and medical care.
