Ueland Farm gone in Wildwood wildfire.

My name’s Jason, my wife is December Ueland, and her son is Ethan.

My wife’s family, my in-laws, Denise Ueland, and Calvin Ueland, my wife’s parents, along with their son, my wife’s brother, Gordon Ueland, sadly lost everything in the wildfires at Wildwood, Alberta.

They fought the wildfire successfully with neighbours the best they could, despite evacuation orders, and caring for the farm animals, only to have their place burnt down, home, barns, storage, and all, due to hotspots reigniting to the point they lost everything. The chicken coupe, and all his sheep, did survive! Phew!

I wish I was there to help, but areas are closed off, and evacuation orders set in. I’m trying to help my wife’s, and sons family, the Ueland’s in any way I can.

The good news, my wife’s mom, dad, and brother are safe. The farm needs a lot done, and rebuilding, to make it home again.

I’ve personally had some of the most memorable moments on that property like Christmas’s, and our kids birthday on the farm, and great visits on the Ueland farm.

Any help is very muchly appreciated from December, and I towards helping her family out, during these darned wildfires in Wildwood, and throughout Alberta, Canada.
