My name is Michelle; I’m a marathoner who is raising money to benefit Kirk H and Joann P Gibson Family Foundation for Parkinsons Research, and any donation will help make an impact.

I’m asking for a dollar for each mile I will complete in the upcoming Detroit Free Press Marathon - 26.2 miles/dollars total. I’ve logged hundreds of miles of training and will leave everything on the course. Both my Aunt and Grandpa had Parkinson’s, and with their memories in mind, I feel running (and raising funds for) this foundation is the right thing to do.
