Help Johnny Get Back On His Feet

Hi there, my name is Jason and I am raising funds for my dear friend Johnny Racine.

For as long as I have been Johnny’s friend, I can only describe the man as selfless. Throughout Johnny’s life, he has devoted so much of his time, talent and treasure to helping others in need, even if it meant putting himself out. He has done countless fundraising events for charity and is truly an inspiring human being.

Like many small business owners, Johnny has experienced years of economic hardship due to Covid- 19 , supply chain issues and ever increasing inflation and tariffs.

Just recently, he was left with no option but to close down his motorcycle repair business Canadian Gears, as it was no longer sustainable financially. A business that was a lifelong dream of his. In addition, he has struggled to keep the business afloat as it was reduced to being a one man operation and he ended up suffering a hernia as a result. As you can well imagine, this made it incredibly difficult for him, especially with all the lifting involved.

Fortunately Johnny finally has a surgery date set for May, but during his recovery, he will be unable to work, let alone cover living expenses. In addition, he also has to move out of his home and needs the means to be able to store his belongings as he will be forced to downsize.

This remarkable man has done so much for the community, raising funds and awareness for various causes such as mental health, autism and addiction. The world certainly needs more people like him.
