#WeWillRebuildNepal Humanitarian Efforts

After the destruction that was caused by two major earthquakes, thousands of families are working hard to get back to normal life. Much needs to be done. Monsoon season is upon the country of Nepal and many still suffer from starvation, possible disease and lack of proper living conditions. Many buildings that did not fall are not stable and the area is prone to major Mud Slides during the Monsoon rains when the ground is saturated.

Last November, I traveled with the JRM Foundation and #Hike4Humanity to set up a Medical Clinic and serve over 400 patients with all types of complications and diseases. Our clinic that was funded by a close friend, David Groves-Global Service Foundation, is now lost In the Solukumbu Region Waku-9, village of hill. Friends have lost their homes and they await our help.

I will be traveling back to Nepal in July with the JRM Foundation and Dr. Fahim Rahim to help set up long term shelters and deliver food and supplies to the remote areas the have been most affected by this disaster. The people of Nepal are a beautiful and kind people. They are strong and will endure. But they need our help to protect them further dangers and disease. All we need to do is step forward and give that helping hand to pull them up and strengthen them.
