Help Rebuild Carriacou After Hurricane Beryl
Donation protected
Immediate assistance is crucial following the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl on July 1, 2024. This fierce Category 4 storm has devastated the serene islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique, beloved for their beaches, hospitality, and community. The damage is profound, severely impacting homes, schools, and essential infrastructure. The need to overcome adversity and lift the spirit of our communities faces an unprecedented trial.
My husband and his siblings were all raised on the small island of Carriacou, where his father was a fisherman, and his mother was an avid healthcare worker in the community. From working small bakeries to long nights fishing in the water, this family never stopped to ensure life on this island was joyful, even when it felt hard to do so.
My in-laws, as well as 90% of the Carricou community have lost their home, life-long keepsakes, and all that they have known. Please help us in rebuilding life in this treacherous time. We will be using these funds to pack and deliver barrels of canned food, roof and structure materials, feminine care, medical supplies, and much more to deliver DIRECTLY to the community of effected people.
Thank you,
