This is extremely embarrassing and hard to do but I am asking for help to make it through.

I have recently found out that I have covid, as many of you have possibly also had. I am required to take 5 days off of work to make sure I am not contagious. Normally, this would financially not be an issue but over the past two years I have been struggling mentally and do not have the pto I need to get through this.
