We were recently alerted about a stray dog in critical condition, and once we saw the pictures, we were in shock. Both of her legs were missing skin, with necrotic patches clinging to her matted fur. She was also malnourished and severely underweight. Whatever happened to this poor dog is unimaginable, and the pain she must have endured is heartbreaking. We’ve named her Tilly and rushed her to the emergency hospital, where she has to undergo surgery to treat her severe injuries.
