WE NEED YOUR HELP

As you are all aware, Liversedge FC has, along with other grassroots clubs in our league, struggled with the appalling weather conditions this season.

LFC pay a considerable amount each month for ground maintenance to facilitie games which has, unfortunately been lost due to the weather.

The club is not a bottomless pit of money and relies on the fans heavily for much needed income. But, having games called off by the officials and not the club has hit us hard.

LFC are also now having to pay other clubs who have kindly loaned their ground to us which, again is lost revenue for the club.

Right now, our main priority is to get games back on at Clayborn ASAP. With this in mind, the club is reaching out to the Sedge family to help us with our goal.

As a temporary measure we are looking to purchase much needed ground sheets & a Bowdry water removal machine which we hope will help to get games back on. However, we need to raise £2500 to help with the cost of this.

As the advert says “every little helps” so please, if you can make any donation whatsoever the club will be very grateful.
