Help for Hannah Day

With a heavy heart Brooke writes, to inform us all. That Brooke, Hannah and the day family will be flying to bc children's hospital tomorrow and Hannah will be moving into palliative care . She has relapsed, which has beens everyones greatest fears . Her poor baby girl will die . Family and friends are beyond devastated . Brooke and Rob, will now have to make the hardest choice possible, a decision no parent should ever have to make.  I am Reaching out because, I know there is going to be many expenses attached to this, such as ferries back and forth from the hosptial, hotel stay, gas, food, medical expenses etc. I would like to make this devestating situation as comfortable as possible for them, so they can focus all their time on Hannah.
