Charity Boots
Charity Boots collects and receives used/unwanted football boots from numerous sources and donates them to those who need them, both within the UK and abroad. We have collection bins in various schools and football clubs, both grassroots and professional (Tottenham, Arsenal, Everton FC and St. George's Park - home of England).
We are living in times in which waste is a significant problem, and this great cause is encouraging sustainability by preventing excess/unnecessary landfill waste. Many boots that we receive are in fantastic condition and have enough life in them to be used again. Many children in the UK and around the world can benefit greatly from this.
According to the UK Parliament, around 1 in 6 people in the UK are considered low-income. We have seen the growing demand, even more so after the pandemic, where the cost of living has increased and parents have struggled to maintain the costs of their children's hobbies.
Our self-funded projects have been very successful over the years, however, funding would help our supply and demand responsibilities. We have a growing amount of interest around the UK, with many people reaching out to make donations. We also receive a lot of requests for receiving football boots from other charities, from youth clubs, individuals, refugee organisations and mental health groups.
We greatly appreciate any donations that can be made! Thank you.
