Hello everyone!
We are the Alumni Mentorship and Scholarship Program for the University High School of Science and Engineering (UHSSE) in Hartford, CT - an organization that is meant to guide underserved UHSSE students towards personal development, academic excellence and college readiness!
Our goals involve working hands-on with students, faculty, and staff to support our mentees and even the academic and social playing field. Not only will we work with the UHSSE students directly through mentorship and development sessions, but we also hope to aid graduating students advancing to a college or university of their choice and/or a trade through our scholarship award.
Donations from this fundraiser will go directly to the recipient of the scholarship portion of our program. The scholarship selection process is based on a holistic view of a students high school experience and is not just merit based.
