Emma Gill Memorial & Support Fund

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we share the tragic news that on Sunday August 27th our beloved Emma gained her wings. She leaves behind her loving husband and best friend Colin & two beautiful children, Elly & Hudson. No words can express the pain we are suffering nor the impact this tragedy will have on all of us.

Emma's smile truly was a window to her soul - She was thoughtful, caring, compassionate and charismatic, she touched the lives of everyone she met. Her energy was genuine and nothing short of pure. While you would never sense it from the outside, internally, she was fighting a battle. Emma struggled and fought fiercely with her mental health - it is important that she is remembered for the incredibly bright light and beautiful woman she was. She was a nurturing mother and adoring wife, a kind and loving friend, a cherished daughter, a much loved sister and so much more.

Emma loved and supported everyone unconditionally - our intention is to continue supporting her in her absence by helping Colin and the family during this time of grief. In addition to the emotional toll of Emma's passing, the family will be facing significant financial challenges as Colin is self employed. He will understandably need to take time off of work while he and the children begin to navigate this immense loss. Colin's role has been forever changed through all of this and while he transitions from being Dad to now being everything it is our hope that we will be able to raise enough money for Colin to take the time he needs and focus solely on healing.

Support given will go towards the family and any expenses incurred over the next while.
