Help Save my grandmas home

Hi, my name is Chase, I have never started a Gofundme before and usually wouldn’t but we are in some need for help. My grandmother has had a rough 2 years, she was at work and had fallen onto the concrete floor and cracked her knee cap. She is still currently trying to recover from it, so all that being said she hasn’t been able to work and funds are not what they used to be. My grandmother is about to loose her house in less than two weeks. My mom and her sisters grew up there and my sister and I also grew up there as well. It might not look like much but the sentimental value is there and it is her home she has grew generations there. Thank you.
