Firefighter Charity Fundraiser

THE CHALLENGE!

Hi,

Firstly thank you for visiting my fundraiser page!

My name is Rob and I'm a firefighter at Devon & Somerset Fire Rescue Service.

On 29th April 2023, I shall attempt walking 106km in fire kit with a BA (Breathing Apparatus) set around the Isle of Wight, this challenge is to aid The Firefighter charity.....

Any donations will be massively appreciated and will go towards helping firefighters and their families that are suffering mentally or physically, return to good health.

The Fire Fighters Charity offers specialist, lifelong support for members of the UK fire services community, empowering individuals to achieve mental, physical and social well-being throughout their lives.
They provide confidential, personalised support to the whole of the fire services community, delivering mental health, physical health and social well-being services at our centres, remotely, online and in communities around the UK. Championing the health and well-being of all those they support - serving, retired or dependent - they aim to ensure that our beneficiaries can live well for life. And they’re not all firefighters. They exist to support all fire and rescue service personnel, whatever their role in the service. They are also there for all those who have retired, as well as for spouses and qualifying dependents.

the Firefighters Charity and the amazing work they do, whilst also promoting well-being amongst the fire and rescue service.
