UK Summer Residency for Soccer
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Dustin Fuentes-LaFerr and I am raising funds to attend a Soccer/Futbol Residency program in the UK for Macclesfield FC! My dream has always been to play professionally in the UK and some day play professionally for the US Men’s National team. This affords me the chance to attend technical master classes, analysis, opposition and tactical work as well as prepare for professional play.
When I was 8 years old, I met Chris Wondolowski at our Native American tribal headquarters, the Kiowa Tribe, in Oklahoma and I knew I wanted to do what he did. I am a member of the Apache Tribe and am part Kiowa and Hispanic.
When I was born I had over 64 seizures a day, was on a respiratory machine, heart monitor, & feeding tube until the age of 3. I was born premature a had many complications and multiple surgeries just to eat and/or breathe.
I was always smaller than everyone, didn’t talk much and my body developed slower than my classmates. After years of wanting to play competitive soccer, my Mom changed careers so she could take me to practice, train, and play for a traveling club team.
My dream is to become a professional soccer player, give back to my communities, and to be a good role model for others. This program will help bring me one step closer to achieving my goal of playing professionally.
The cost to attend this international residency is £7000 = $8719.13 + Airfare. All money must be paid by the 2nd week in June!
Your support will be greatly appreciated and if I am able to attend, I will represent my tribe, teammates, fellow Oklahomans to the best of my ability!
Thank you! Dustin
