Fundraising Campaign + Mission Statement
The Foundation’s goal is currently fundraising $25,000 to assist in building a kitchen for the St. Augustine Catholic Church Homeless Ministry, where we hope to leave a lasting legacy on the community and the entire homeless population both in and around St. Augustine. Any and all donations make a difference.

The PattyCake Foundation is the domestic nonprofit based in Miami, FL, named after my mother, Patricia Diaz-Perez, who passed away in the summer of 2019. The Foundation is the partner organization of the CCHS Cooking Club, which is a service-oriented youth group dedicated to teaching teens to cook so they can make homemade meals in our fight against food poverty in South Florida.
The Foundation's mission is to raise the funds necessary to ensure the longevity and success of the Cooking Club's community outreach events and has proven to be essential such as by purchasing the necessary ingredients, supplies, and kitchenware for food-based charities and to be used by the Cooking Club's members. Thanks in no small part to the PattyCake Foundation, the CCHS Cooking Club has been able to directly feed +3,500 low-income children and families during COVID-19.
