Ukraine Oliinyk Family Fund

On February 24th, the Oliinyk family lives changed forever with the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Ivan's parents (Tanya and Tolii) were in the middle of the warzone in a small town outside of Kyiv called Andriivka. They lived underground for ten days without a means of community, electricity, heat, running water or any other essential resource for living.

On Wednesday, March 9th, the Russian army invaded their home and gave them 30 minutes to get out. That night, they drove for over 24 hours, fleeing to Belarus. After two days in Belarus, they finally made their way into Poland after driving cross country.

So many people have asked how they can help. We weren't sure if we would have the opportunity to support his family directly, but by some sort of miracle, here we are. Ivan's parents are due to arrive in Boston on March 15th. They have lost everything. It's going to be a tough transition for all. Let's help ease their burden by coming together as a community.
