A few words from Dr. Yohan Delton

NEED

Psychologists from the Ukrainian Association of Organizational and Work Psychologists (UAOWP) are doing their best to volunteer and cope, but some are refugees themselves. Prof., Dr. Liudmyla Karamushka is the founder and president of the association. She provides psychological interventions and funds to help with food, medical supplies, safe passage, and sanitary products. The funds will help sustain more than 100 psychologists in Ukraine who provide humanitarian interventions and who need help themselves.

BACKGROUND

I am a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the United States and I have direct ties to Prof., Dr. Liudmyla Karamushka. We have worked together for a long time. But this is different. This is war. And it is hurting them. At this difficult time, we call on the professional community to reach out to us and help the Ukrainian Psychology community thrive!
