Support for Ukrainian Refugee Families in Poland
Donation protected
Hello! We are an American expatriate (expat) family from Cincinnati, Ohio, living in Katowice, Poland, since July 2021. Just seven months later, we watched Russia invade and begin destroying Ukraine.
On March 6, we opened our home to a lovely Ukrainian refugee family forced from their home in Kyiv. They arrived with very little yet gifted us with delicious mandarin oranges and candy for our children. Mom Natalia and her 15-year-old twins, Alina and Yaroslav, are a beautiful family. Their husband/father stayed in Kyiv to fight for their country. Natalia and the twins returned to Kyiv after nine weeks with us. We stay in contact, and they know they can return to our home if needed.
With your incredibly generous gifts and help to spread these Ukraine families' stories, we've been able to help 15 families to date. Thank you for your trust and faith in us to #SupportUkraine in our small part of the world.
Peace and love from Poland,
Carson, Amy, Avery, + Parker
