Ultra for Active Communities.

my name is Dale Williams and on November 12, 2023, I will be embarking on an incredible challenge! I'll be running 65km to Blackpool from The Den (hub of the Active Community Team) to raise funds for Salford Community Leisure’s Active Communities Team.

The Active Communities play a vital role in our communities across Salford, promoting health and wellbeing through various sports and activities. They provide opportunities for the young people of Salford with all abilities to get involved, stay active, and lead a healthy lifestyle. Their efforts make a significant impact on the lives of many, fostering a sense of togetherness and improving overall well-being.

By taking on this ultra marathon, I aim to raise awareness and funds to support the incredible work of the Active Communities Team. Every donation will contribute to enhancing their programs, enabling them to reach even more individuals and make a positive difference in our community.
