Safe America's General Manager Bob Surrusco has been devoted to helping save lives in Georgia by teaching countless hours of driver's ed courses to teenagers. Teens love his wit, his knowledge and his relatable teaching style.

Bob also makes regular visits to high schools all over the metro Atlanta area to speak at large assemblies on the topics of Texting While Driving, Driving Under the Influence, Super Speeder Laws, and more.

Service to others is a theme in Bob Surrusco's life; he has served in the National Guard, he works with veterans and law enforcement on various safety initiatives, and he has a long record of reaching out to those in need and offering a helping hand.

In late 2018, Bob was diagnosed with lung cancer.

After two hospital stays and expecting at least five more in the coming months, Bob faces ongoing chemotherapy treatments and mounting medical bills. Bob's insurance will cover some of the bills, but he is left with $20,000 to pay out of pocket.

We are asking for your help in giving whatever you are able to give to help defray some of the costs of Bob's medical expenses. Bob is such an important and valued member of our team and we want to help him during his time of need. This is why we are reaching out to you for donations. Know that your contribution touches so many lives (Bob's family, his co-workers, his friends, the people he serves) and will allow Bob to know how much his community cares about him.

Please consider helping Bob with this remaining $20,000 medical cost.
